Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Software Engineer to join the Security Analytics Infrastructure team. You will build and support services and dataflows for our security analytics platform, including SIEM and SOAR components, collaborating with cyber defense teams to ensure data is timely and actionable.

The role requires at least 5 years of software engineering experience, with a track record in cybersecurity and applying AI tooling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years software engineering experience in a high-stakes production environment.
• Significant experience applying software engineering to the cybersecurity field.
• Experience applying AI tooling in this space (e.g. Claude Code, agent-based approaches).
• Empathy, strong communication skills, and a deep respect for collaboration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• High standards for code quality and a constructive attitude to help others raise the bar.
