Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical pre‑sales or post‑sales experience explaining hard concepts.
• Ability to understand complex security principles and communicate them simply.
• Experience across security domains such as IaaS/PaaS/SaaS, network, identity and SIEM.

Responsibilities

• Work with field teams and customers to understand architectures and address concerns.
• Create scalable content such as slides and white papers; enable internal teams.
• Lead and contribute to internal automation and knowledge management initiatives.
• Help answer questions during security reviews and support product messaging improvements.
• Leverage AI tools to scale impact across many customers and employees.
• Speak to customers on calls and translate complex concepts into actionable guidance.
