Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a hands-on SOAR and AI Engineer to advance automation for Managed Security operations. You will design scalable workflows, build playbooks, and integrate a range of security tools across client environments.

You will apply AI-enabled patterns to improve analyst efficiency, triage, and incident response while ensuring secure, auditable automation and reliable performance.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing security automation workflows.
• Proficiency with orchestration and integration of security tools.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted operations and ML-enabled automation.
• Strong scripting and API integration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain security automation workflows within the SOAR platform.
• Build automated playbooks for alert triage, enrichment, containment, escalation, and case management.
• Partner with SOC analysts and engineers to convert repeatable processes into automation workflows.
• Implement integrations between SOAR, SIEM, ticketing, collaboration, identity, and cloud security tools.
• Develop AI-enabled workflows, enhance incident handling speed, and improve operational reporting.
• Establish guardrails and validation methods for AI-enabled workflows to ensure accuracy and security.
• Collaborate with clients to review automation capabilities and drive improvements.
