Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking an Associate Analyst on the Endpoint Protection team to protect organizations worldwide. You will triage and respond to security alerts, analyze telemetry, and provide actionable guidance to customers.

The role emphasizes collaboration, learning, and evolving AI-enabled workflows in a hybrid schedule. The position requires a BA/BS in a relevant field or equivalent experience, and a willingness to work on-site on a 4x10 schedule, with remote options in PST or MST time

Qualifications

• BA or BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math, Information Security or related field.
• Experience with security operations and incident handling is a plus.
• Foundational knowledge of security frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clear customer communications as first point of contact.
• Produce high-quality written and verbal findings for customers and internal teams.
• Triage, investigate, and respond to security alerts across endpoints, identities, email, and cloud.
• Analyze EDR telemetry, logs, and artifacts to define scope of compromise and support remediation.
• Investigate suspicious Microsoft 365 activity, contain threats, and provide actionable guidance.
• Develop and improve incident detection and countermeasure processes.
