CrowdStrike is seeking a highly motivated Associate Analyst to join our global security operations. You will triage and respond to security alerts across endpoints, identity, email, and cloud, delivering clear guidance to customers.

Ideal candidates have a foundational IT/security background, strong troubleshooting, and a keen interest in AI-enabled security workflows. This is a 4x10 hybrid role with opportunities for growth and professional development.

Qualifications

• BA or BS in a relevant technical field; advanced degrees considered a plus.
• Foundational knowledge in incident response and cybersecurity best practices.
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK framework and Windows/Mac/Linux systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clear, professional communications to customers as first contact.
• Triag, investigate, and respond to security alerts across endpoints and cloud.
• Analyze EDR telemetry, logs, and forensic artifacts to map scope of compromise.
• Investigate suspected Microsoft 365 activity and provide actionable guidance.
• Develop and improve incident detection processes and countermeasures.
