King County Housing Authority seeks a collaborative Section 3 and Small Business Development Coordinator to lead program implementation, compliance, and resident-focused entrepreneurship initiatives in our funded projects. You will connect residents with employment, training, and contracting opportunities while ensuring HUD Section 3 requirements are met.

Competenze

• Associate degree and experience in contract compliance, program development, small business development, or related fields.
• Equivalent combination of experience and education acceptable.

• Implements and monitors Section 3 compliance including labor hour benchmarks.
• Develops policies, procedures, and reporting processes for Section 3.
• Coordinates workforce development initiatives with trade schools and unions.
