Qualifikationen

• Associate’s degree AND substantial experience in contract compliance, program development, small business development or related fields.
• Experience with HUD Section 3 compliance and workforce development is preferred.
• Strong data entry, recordkeeping, and reporting capabilities.

Aufgaben

• Provides technical guidance on Section 3 requirements, contracting, and workforce development resources.
• Implements and monitors Section 3 compliance and labor hour benchmarks, prioritizing public housing residents.
• Develops policies, procedures, and reporting for Section 3 and program objectives.
• Delivers onboarding curriculum on Section 3 compliance and economic opportunities.
• Coordinates workforce development with trade schools and apprenticeship programs.
• Administers resident-focused small business development to enable entrepreneurship for KCHA households.
• Collaborates with departments and stakeholders to advance Section 3 and economic mobility objectives.
• Performs special projects as assigned.
