Job summary

Schellman is a leading cybersecurity and attestation services firm seeking a Manager of Security Operations & Infrastructure. This hands-on leader will oversee SecOps and DevOps, maturing the security program across the firm's technology stack and collaborating with IT leadership.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in security operations, 1–3 years of people leadership, strong SIEM/EDR experience, and security certifications such as CISSP or CISM.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in security operations or cybersecurity engineering.
• 1–3 years of people management or team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of SIEM, EDR, incident response and vulnerability management.
• Experience with cloud security and DevOps integration.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; security certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mature the SecOps program including threat detection and incident response.
• Own day-to-day security tooling operations (EDR, SIEM and related platforms).
• Drive incident response processes and post-incident reviews.
• Partner with Compliance and Risk to support internal controls and frameworks.
• Manage and mentor SecOps Engineers; guide career growth.
• Oversee vulnerability management and executive reporting.
• Provide governance for DevOps security and CI/CD security posture.
• Coordinate with cloud security for AWS/Azure environments.
• Communicate security posture and program updates to IT leadership.
