Job summary

Schellman is seeking a Project Manager to lead medium-scope initiatives that drive business transformation and operational improvement. The role partners with cross-functional teams to deliver on time, within budget, and with quality, while aligning with PMO standards and executive expectations.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of PM experience, a Bachelor's in Business or IT, and PMP or equivalent certification is preferred. Remote work is supported with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience with increasing responsibility.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
• Facilitate team collaboration and communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure compliance with PMO methodologies, tools, and reporting standards
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership on project status and outcomes
• Escalate significant risks, issues, and decisions to the Manager, ePMO for guidance and resolution
• Support change management and adoption efforts as part of project delivery
• Document lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
