Qualifications

• Must hold valid Michigan teaching certification.
• Minimum 5 years of full-time teaching experience in the subject and grade band.
• Experience with MTSS/RTI frameworks and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Support MTSS RTI framework and coordinate push-in/pull-out services.
• Collaborate with SST team, principals, families and staff.
• Design and implement Tier 2/3 interventions and progress monitoring.
• Lead RTI meetings and provide professional development as needed.
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with state guidelines.
