Qualifications

• Understanding of mortgage secondary markets, investor guidelines, and loan sale processes.
• Experience with pricing engines such as Optimal Blue and Encompass LOS integration.
• Knowledge of pipeline hedging, best execution strategies, and investor delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pricing, locking, hedging, and sale of mortgage loans into the secondary market.
• Manage lock desk operations and daily reconciliation of pipelines and hedge positions.
• Perform Best Execution analysis to determine optimal sale strategy across investors.
• Support compliance with investor guidelines and internal policies.
• Create and maintain pricing scenarios, investor grids, and rate sheets.
• Coordinate loan delivery with investors and handle post-close activity.
