Job summary

CohnReznick is seeking a Remote Seasonal Proofreader to support our National Document Production Services team. The role focuses on proofreading client financial statements, proposals, and special projects using Adobe Acrobat Pro, with attention to grammar, formatting, and deadlines.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred), at least one year in document production, and proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and Acrobat Pro.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least one year of experience in a document production environment.
• Flexibility to work additional/overtime hours (evening and weekend) as required by workload.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• Prior experience with financial statements is a plus.
• Ability to learn, interpret, and apply complex policies with minimal guidance.
• Excellent communication and writing abilities: knowledge of correct English, grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
• Ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Proofread client financial statements, proposals and special projects using Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• Ensure quality control and maintain formatting consistency for financial statements.
• Communicate with supervisor and client on deadlines or challenges.
• Handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines with accuracy.
• Assist with special projects as directed by DPS leadership.
