Job summary

RRD is a leading provider of marketing, packaging, print, and supply chain solutions. The Proofreader will review legal documents for grammar and verbiage corrections, ensuring accuracy and consistency across complex materials.

Responsibilities include identifying errors, assisting with document production, handling confidential information, and coordinating with the manager and clients to meet deadlines. A Bachelor’s in English/Journalism or equivalent experience is preferred, with at least one

Qualifications

• Identify and correct spelling, grammar, and verbiage errors in complex legal documents.
• Detect formatting and compositional errors in documents.
• Check corrected proofs of legal documents against mark-up for comparison and quality assurance.
• Minimum 1 year proofreading experience preferably in a legal, banking or large corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Document Services team with document production and preparation as needed.
• Handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information.
• Communicate with manager and client on job or deadline issues.
• Adhere to policy in addition to client site policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
