Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct client appointments by phone, virtual, or in person to assess needs.
• Research and analyze Medicare Advantage plan options.
• Provide clear, compliant plan recommendations to clients.
• Manage a client pipeline with outreach and follow-ups.
• Support enrollment conversions while meeting performance goals.
• Ensure documentation and enrollments meet Medicare guidelines.
• Obtain and maintain required licensing and training.
