ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Client is seeking a Seasonal Plan Advisor to support Medicare-eligible clients during the busy seasonal enrollment period. In this fast-paced, customer-focused position, you will work directly with clients to understand their needs, research and compare Medicare Advantage plan options, and provide clear, compliant recommendations to help them make informed enrollment decisions. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, learning complex information, and working toward measurable performance goals. You will be responsible for managing a client pipeline, performing outreach and follow-ups, and supporting enrollment conversions while meeting performance and production goals. Attention to detail, compliance with Medicare and internal guidelines, and adaptability to weekend or overtime work during peak periods are essential.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Conduct multiple client appointments each day by phone, virtually, or in person to assess Medicare-eligible clients' needs.
- Research, compare, and analyze Medicare Advantage plan options using various systems and tools.
- Provide clear, compliant, and personalized plan recommendations to clients to support informed enrollment decisions.
- Manage a client pipeline, including outreach, follow-ups, and prioritization of prospective clients.
- Support enrollment conversions while meeting established performance and production goals.
- Ensure all client documentation, enrollments, and sales activities are accurate, timely, and compliant with Medicare, CMS, carrier, and internal guidelines.
- Obtain and maintain required licensing and certifications; complete required training, orientation, and ongoing product education.
- Maintain strong attention to detail and compliance throughout the enrollment process.
- Effectively manage a high volume of client appointments and adapt to a productivity-driven environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and business objectives.
WHAT YOU BRING
- High school diploma required.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience (e.g., inside sales, retail, food service, or similar customer-facing environment).
- Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to quickly learn and retain complex information.
- Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to navigate multiple systems, screens, and technology platforms simultaneously.
- Ability to manage multiple appointments and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Some college or a college degree preferred.
- Health Insurance License to sell in Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana preferred.
- Experience working with specialized or vulnerable populations preferred.
- Previous sales or performance-metric-driven experience preferred.
- Willingness to work weekends and overtime during the seasonal period.

This is a fast-paced, productivity-driven role with a strong focus on customer interaction, accuracy, and compliance. The position may require weekend and overtime work during the seasonal period.
