Job summary

Richman Property Services, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Marketing Specialist to support our marketing team from a remote location in the United States.

The role is seasonal with daytime hours and may last 3–6 months, focusing on handling support tickets, updating website specials, editing property photos, and relaying updates to advertising partners. You will work with AI image tools and Canva, maintain consistency across websites and listings, and track progress in our ticketing system.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in marketing support, digital marketing, or a similar coordinator role
• Strong attention to detail: catch wrong dates, typos, and the expired offer
• Proven ability to organize and manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Experience updating website content through a CMS or web platform
• Comfort using AI image tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Canva) to edit and enhance photos
• Familiarity with Canva for editing marketing graphics
• Clear, professional written communication with internal teams and outside vendors
• Ability to work independently and stay responsive in a remote setting

Responsibilities

• Manage the ticket queue and prioritize requests
• Update website specials and content across properties
• Refine property images with AI tools while preserving accuracy
• Refresh digital marketing with new photos across channels
• Communicate specials to advertising partners and confirm updates
• Ensure consistency of offers across websites and social channels
• Track work in the ticketing system and escalate blockers
