Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in marketing support, digital marketing, or a similar coordinator role
• Strong attention to detail; catch wrong dates, typos, expired offers
• Proven ability to organize and manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Experience updating website content through a CMS or web platform
• Comfort using AI image tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Canva) to edit photos
• Familiarity with Canva for editing marketing graphics
• Clear, professional written communication with internal teams and vendors
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting

Responsibilities

• Manage the ticket queue: review requests, prioritize by deadline, close tickets with notes
• Update website specials and content: post, revise, remove move-in specials and pricing
• Refine property images with AI tools: edit, retouch, resize while accurate
• Refresh digital marketing with new photos across websites and listings
• Communicate specials to advertising partners and confirm listings updated
• Ensure consistency across website, listings, and social channels
• Track and report work in the ticketing system; flag issues for decisions
