Richman Property Services, Inc. seeks a Seasonal Marketing Specialist to support the marketing team during peak season. This remote, entry-level role focuses on updating website specials, editing property photos with AI tools, and communicating offers to advertising partners, under team guidance.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn new tools like Canva. The position runs 3–6 months or more, with standard daytime hours, and equipment provided by RPS.

Formación

• 1+ year of experience in marketing support, digital marketing, or a similar coordinator role.
• Strong attention to detail: you catch the wrong date, the typo, and the expired offer.
• Proven ability to organize and manage multiple projects and deadlines at once.
• Experience updating website content through a CMS or web platform.
• Comfort using AI image tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Canva) to edit and enhance photos.
• Familiarity with Canva for editing marketing graphics.
• Clear, professional written communication with internal teams and outside vendors.
• Ability to work independently and stay responsive in a remote setting.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the ticket queue and prioritize requests.
• Update website specials and content across properties.
• Refine property images with AI tools to enhance photos.
• Refresh digital marketing with new photos across channels.
• Communicate specials to advertising partners and ensure listings are updated.
• Ensure consistency of specials across website, listing sites, and social channels.
• Track and report work in the ticketing system and flag blockers.
