Duluth Trading Company is seeking a Contact Center Crew Member to be the front-line voice for our customers. This remote role requires a minimum of 16 hours per week with two shift blocks and training during the first two weeks.

You will handle calls, answer product questions, process orders, and promote our promotions while maintaining accuracy and high service standards. New hires complete in-person onboarding at our Adairsville warehouse and then work from home.

Qualifications

• Inbound call center or customer service experience preferred.
• Typing speed of at least 40 wpm.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Strong teamwork, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Computer proficiency, including web navigation and system toggling.

Responsabilités

• Promptly answer incoming calls, delivering world-class service that exceeds customer expectations.
• Assist customers in placing orders over the phone and communicate promotions.
• Provide innovative solutions for issues like defective items, lost orders, and refunds.
• Maintain knowledge of product lines, pricing, and policies.
