Duluth Trading Company is seeking a Contact Center Crew Member for a seasonal remote role in the United States. The position requires at least 16 hours per week, with 4-hour shifts and a start date of November 16, 2026.

Training spans two weeks with 25 hours per week and a mandatory live class on day one. Responsibilities include handling inbound calls, assisting customers with product questions, orders, and promotions, and maintaining accurate records.

• Computer proficiency, including web navigation and system toggling.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.

Position Overview

As a Contact Center Crew Member at Duluth Trading Company, you will be the front-line voice representing our Duluth brand to customers. This seasonal position requires a minimum commitment of 16 hours per week and at least 4 hours per shift, with availability for additional hours during high-volume peak weeks. Set shifts fall within two primary operational windows: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM and 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM Central Standard Time.

We are currently hiring in Mt. Horeb, WI: This is a remote position, offering the convenience of working from home. However, new-hire paperwork, onboarding, and equipment pickup must be completed in person at our Mt. Horeb,WI located at 201 E Front St. Mt. Horeb, WI 53572.

Training

Training time for this position is very important as it creates the foundation to provide world-class customer service to Duluth Trading Company customers. Position training takes place during the first two weeks after your start date. All new hires are required to complete 25 hours of training each week for the first two weeks to ensure successful completion of the training program. Mandatory live class on the first day of training.

• Develop expertise in navigating the Duluth Trading website to assist customers.
• Track shipments and process price adjustments and shipping credits.

• Maintain solid knowledge of our product line, pricing, and policies.
• Capture and maintain accurate customer information.

Performance and Compliance

• Proactively resolve customer concerns within empowered boundaries.
• Meet and exceed Key Performance metrics.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Additional Responsibilities

• Participate in training programs aimed at skill enhancement, encompassing individual and group coaching, role‑playing exercises, and skills training.
• Perform special assignments as directed.

Compensation is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
