Job summary

Lago is expanding its sales team and hiring Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) who are motivated, resilient, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment. This remote role requires availability to work US Mountain Time hours (9:00 AM–5:00 PM MT).

You’ll engage both high-profile B2C creators and influencers with audiences over 5M and a growing B2B market that includes businesses, schools, and organizations seeking customized merchandise such as jerseys, company swag, and family reunion

Qualifications

• Strong English communication (spoken and written) and customer-facing experience.
• Ability to handle high-volume outreach and structured follow-ups.
• Persistent and diligent attitude with sales or BDR/SDR background preferred.
• Good interpersonal skills to guide customers through the sales process.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools (CRM, emails, communication apps).

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and engage potential customers via calls, emails, and social outreach.
• Nurture inbound and outbound leads with excellent support and guidance.
• Walk customers through the sales process with patience and professionalism.
• Build relationships with B2C creators/influencers and B2B organizations.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the team and share learnings to drive growth.
