Job summary

CareSource is seeking a Product Manager to own the strategy, vision, operating model, and roadmap for assigned products and initiatives.

You will translate business, customer, regulatory, operational, and technology objectives into prioritized, phased delivery plans, establish governance, milestones, readiness criteria, and success measures, and coordinate cross-functional teams through implementation and stabilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, computer science, supply chain, healthcare administration, or related field required.
• Equivalent years of relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of required education.
• Seven (7) years of product management, program management, program delivery, vendor management, data management, business analysis, or related experience required.
• Three (3) years of experience leading cross-functional enterprise implementations, integrations, transformations, or operating model initiatives required.
• Experience building multi-program or multi-domain roadmaps and governance or operating models
• Experience in the healthcare payer or managed care industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish, own, and maintain the product, capability, integration, or implementation roadmap across assigned programs and business domains.
• Define and evolve the product vision, strategy, operating model, governance framework, success criteria, standards, and reusable templates.
• Translate objectives into prioritized initiatives and phased delivery plans.
• Prioritize work based on value, risk, readiness, resources, funding, calendars, dependencies, and vendor commitments.
• Define milestones, acceptance criteria, and readiness measures from planning through implementation and stabilization.
• Establish roadmap governance cadence with reviews, re-baselining, and reporting to executives and teams.
• Identify needs and incorporate them into planning and funding decisions.
• Guide Product Owners and delivery teams on backlog direction and outcomes.
