Job summary

Ignite Digital has an exciting opportunity for an Agile/SCRUM Project Analyst in the National Capital Region area. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual that is a motivated self-starter with superior listening, effective communication, and organizational skills to assist our customer in their fast-paced Program Management operations.

The ideal candidate would be familiar with Portfolio Acquisition Executive for Mission Systems (PAE Mission Systems) and Naval Information Warfare Center

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business-Related or Engineering Curriculum.
• Minimum of six (6) years of experience with enterprise IT and project management.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Active Secret clearance.
• Experience with requirement or business analysis.
• Experience setting up sprints, running reports, and creating queries.
• Preferred experience and/or familiarity with JIRA project tracking.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects and work rapidly in a high tempo environment that requires multi-tasking.
• Facilitate communication and information exchange between internal/external groups and the project team.
• Monitor progress, provide feedback, and sustain a culture of agility and learning.
• Drive collaborative meetings obtaining progress updates, addressing potential obstacles/challenges, and ensuring the project remains on track.
• Collect and analyze data to determine projects velocity and other critical metrics. Address shortfalls and monitor corrective actions to achieve desired outcome.
• Collaborate with other scrum masters to improve methodologies’ efficiency.
• Assist client management in maintaining side projects and ancillary efforts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
