Job summary

Soccer Shots Southwest Las Vegas is seeking a dynamic Scrum Master to join our team in Las Vegas, NV. You will guide agile practices, facilitate ceremonies, and support product teams to deliver high-quality experiences for youth soccer programs.

You will mentor squads on Scrum, remove impediments, track velocity, and collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a healthy backlog. This is a remote position with a local presence preferred in Las Vegas area.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a professional environment.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile methodologies and Kanban.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience with Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach agile teams on Scrum principles and best practices.
• Remove impediments and blockers hindering progress and sprint delivery.
• Track velocity, sprint metrics, and project progress for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain prioritized backlog.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and accountability.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables.
