Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years of experience supporting Agile delivery in federal or large-scale enterprise environments.
Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Coordinator for cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and ability to apply them.
Responsibilities
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Maintain and manage team backlogs in coordination with product owners.
Create and maintain a reasonably detailed Project Work Plan in collaboration with the Program Manager.
