Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience supporting Agile delivery in federal or large-scale enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Coordinator for cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and ability to apply them.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Maintain and manage team backlogs in coordination with product owners.
• Create and maintain a reasonably detailed Project Work Plan in collaboration with the Program Manager.
