Job summary

Responsibilities include ensuring delivery consistency, removing blockers, and aligning team activities with project goals. The candidate must have proven experience in a technical environment and strong facilitation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Kanban facilitator in a technical or data-driven environment.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery in manufacturing or infrastructure-related projects.
• Deep understanding of Scrum and Kanban frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure consistent flow and delivery using Scrum and Kanban practices tailored to the Trident Project.
• Foster a collaborative, transparent, and accountable team environment.
• Identify and remove blockers to maintain team momentum.
• Encourage continuous improvement through feedback loops and retrospectives.
