Job summary

ContractStaffingRecruiters.com is looking for a Scrum Master for a 100% remote position. The ideal candidate will lead Agile ceremonies and promote collaboration within teams using Scrum and Kanban methodologies.

Responsibilities include ensuring delivery consistency, removing blockers, and aligning team activities with project goals. The candidate must have proven experience in a technical environment and strong facilitation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Kanban facilitator in a technical or data-driven environment.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery in manufacturing or infrastructure-related projects.
• Deep understanding of Scrum and Kanban frameworks.

• Collaborate with the Agile Coach to ensure alignment with Agile practices
• Apply Agile principles consistently while adapting to the team’s context and maturity
• Promote Agile values across the team and stakeholders
• Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies clearly to stakeholders
• Align team activities with project goals and business priorities
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to support delivery

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Kanban facilitator in a technical or data-driven environment
• Familiarity with Agile delivery in manufacturing or infrastructure-related projects is a plus
• Deep understanding of Scrum and Kanban frameworks
