Job summary
Cognizant is seeking a Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for a cross-functional team developing secure financial technology solutions in government cloud environments. You will drive Agile best practices, facilitate ceremonies, remove blockers, and coordinate with Product Owners, Engineering, QA, DevSecOps, Security, and Compliance.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of Agile delivery experience, including 3+ years as Scrum Master or similar role.
- Experience delivering technology solutions in financial services or regulated government cloud environments.
- Strong Scrum and Agile methodologies, servant leadership, and stakeholder management.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and delivery reporting.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate sprint ceremonies: planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Remove impediments and resolve delivery risks and cross-functional blockers.
- Coordinate execution across Product Owners, Engineering, QA, DevSecOps, Security, Compliance, stakeholders.
- Monitor velocity, burn-up/burndown, cycle time, defects, sprint health, and release readiness.
- Drive transparency and continuous improvement in line with Scrum practices.
