Job summary
Cognizant is seeking a Scrum Master to lead Agile execution for a cross‑functional delivery team building secure financial technology solutions for government cloud environments. You will facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and ensure predictable, high‑quality delivery across product, engineering, QA, security and compliance.
Based in the United States, this remote role supports a healthy work‑life balance with flexible arrangements; project needs may adjust the working model.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Agile delivery experience including Scrum Master roles.
- Experience delivering technology solutions in regulated environments.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile practices, servant leadership and stakeholder management.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence and delivery reporting.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate sprint ceremonies and manage dependencies.
- Remove impediments and address delivery risks and blockers.
- Coordinate with Product Owners, Engineering, QA, DevSecOps, Security, Compliance and stakeholders.
- Monitor velocity, burn-up/burndown, cycle time and release readiness.
- Drive transparency, predictability and continuous improvement.
