Job summary

Rythm is seeking a Scriptwriter to transform ideas into commercials, social videos, and recurring series. You will define the creative vision, develop concepts, and write scenes ready to shoot.

You’ll guide scripts from concept through approval and lead production on set with the videographer and editor, ensuring the story aligns with our brand voice. You’ll learn Rythm inside-out—our product, customers, and how we talk about health—to convert content needs into authentic stories.

Qualifications

• Experience writing commercials, branded content, or social video.
• Portfolio of scripts and finished videos with your contribution explained.
• Experience writing complete scenes with strong character, dialogue, pacing, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to keep scripts sounding natural and not overly polished.
• Skill in turning product messaging into engaging storytelling.
• Experience taking a script into production and helping organize the shoot.
• Comfort leading on set and coordinating with crew to keep things moving.

Responsibilities

• Turn ideas into scripts with a clear story and direction.
• Develop and write scenes with settings, characters, actions, dialogue, and visuals.
• Write natural dialogue and on-screen text that fits the product messaging.
• Lead on-set direction, guiding talent and coordinating with the videographer and editor.
• Own the writing process from concept through revisions and shoot preparation.
