Rythm Health, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Scriptwriter to turn ideas into commercials, social videos, and recurring formats. You will develop concepts, write scenes, and guide production from concept through shoot, ensuring the script and visuals align with our brand voice and health messaging.

You'll own scripts from concept to approval and lead on-set discussions with the videographer and editor, adapting as needed to keep the project moving and true to the creative vision.

Qualifications

• Experience writing commercials, branded content, or social video.
• Portfolio of scripts and finished videos with your contribution clearly explained.
• Strong scene writing with character, dialogue, pacing, and visual storytelling.
• Casual, conversational tone that avoids over-polished or rehearsed feeling.
• Ability to translate product messaging into engaging stories.
• Experience taking scripts into production and helping organize shoots.
• Comfort leading on set and directing talent, coordinating with crew.
• Willingness to stay hands-on and align with brand voice.

Responsibilities

• Turn ideas into scripts. Develop them into scripts with a clear story and direction.
• Develop scenes with settings, characters, actions, dialogue, and visuals.
• Lead on-set execution, guiding talent and coordinating with the videographer and editor.
• Coordinate production with the team to turn requirements into a shoot plan.
• Adapt dialogue and scenes to production constraints while preserving the idea.
• Ensure product messaging fits the story and brand voice.
• Own the writing process from concept through revisions to approval.
