Alchemi is seeking a Scientific Product Specialist to bridge scientists, customers, and product teams. You will apply broad scientific knowledge to shape solutions that address real-world research and operational challenges, in a hands-on, collaborative environment.

Qualificações

• Advanced degree (MS/PhD) or equivalent experience in a scientific discipline (e.g., biology, chemistry, life sciences, or related fields)
• 3+ years working in research, product, or scientific support roles
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Experience translating scientific needs into actionable technology requirements is a plus
• Passion for innovation and continuous learning

Responsabilidades

• Partner with scientists, customers, engineers, and product managers to define and prioritize product features that solve meaningful scientific problems
• Contribute expertise across a range of scientific domains, applying practical knowledge to inform decision‑making and product evolution
• Participate in feature design, product validation, and ongoing improvement, ensuring solutions are user‑centric and grounded in real scientific workflows
• Collaborate cross‑functionally, effectively communicating needs and feedback between stakeholders
• Help develop clear, high‑quality scientific documentation and support regulatory compliance as needed
• Stay up to date on scientific and technological advancements, contributing new ideas and best practices to the team
