Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Scientific Director to guide strategy and execution of scientific content across client engagements. You will lead content strategy, mentor teams, and ensure high-quality deliverables aligned with brand objectives and scientific rigor.

In this role you’ll partner with cross-functional leads to elevate scientific leadership, manage multiple projects, and oversee junior staff, while upholding regulatory and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Doctoral-level degree in life sciences (PhD, PharmD, MD, or equivalent).
• Extensive medical writing and scientific content development experience.
• Medical communications agency experience (5-7+ years).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and reference management tools (e.g., EndNote).

Responsibilities

• Set the strategic direction for scientific content across accounts and ensure alignment with client objectives and medical priorities.
• Provide senior-level oversight for quality, accuracy, and consistency of all deliverables.
• Lead content development processes and training, guiding teams through complex clinical data.
