Job summary

ASU Prep Global Academy seeks part-time remote teachers to deliver instruction to multiple grades through digital platforms. Teachers will develop materials, monitor student progress, and collaborate with staff to align lessons with school guidelines.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Education and state teaching certification. Experience with online instruction and parent communication is preferred; this role is not eligible for benefits and is compensated hourly.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Education or Post Bachelor in Education.
• Valid State Teaching Certificate; AEPA or NES may be required depending on area of instruction.
• Professional verification of classroom teaching experience or student teaching.
• Equivalent combinations of experience, training, and education will be considered.
• Satisfactory criminal background check and DPS Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Responsibilities

• Delivers instruction using licensed techniques and adapts curriculum to meet students’ needs.
• Maintains open communication with parents/guardians about academics and behavior via various media.
• Completes clerical duties including logging communications in SIS and finalizing grades.
