Job summary

E-Therapy is seeking a Remote School Speech-Language Pathologist in Virginia to support K-12 students through teletherapy. This flexible, ASAP-start role offers a starting rate of $48/hour, commensurate with experience.

The SLP will assess, plan, and deliver therapy in articulation, language, and related areas, collaborating with educators and families, and participating in IEP discussions within a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP; ASHA CCC-SLP preferred.
• Experience providing SLP services in K-12 or pediatric settings; teletherapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech and language abilities.
• Develop individualized therapy plans and goals based on assessments.
• Provide direct therapy across articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatic skills.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support goals.
• Incorporate evidence-based techniques in therapy sessions.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to achieve outcomes.
• Document sessions and progress in a timely manner.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on needs.
