Job summary

E-Therapy is hiring a Remote School Speech-Language Pathologist in Virginia. The role supports PreK-12 students in a 100% remote, virtual setting. Start ASAP for the 26/27 school year with part-time or full-time options and caseload building.

Must hold an SLP master’s degree, current ASHA certification, and Virginia licensure or eligibility. We provide licensure assistance and cross-license opportunities as needed across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Current ASHA certification required.
• Experience in teletherapy preferred.
• Proficient in pediatric speech-language assessment and therapy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication abilities.
• Develop individualized therapy plans and goals based on assessment results and students' needs.
• Provide direct therapy services to students, targeting articulation, phonology, language comprehension, fluency, and pragmatic skills.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students' communication goals in the classroom and other educational settings.
• Incorporate evidence-based techniques and therapeutic activities into therapy sessions to promote speech and language development.
• Monitor students' progress and adjust therapy plans as needed to facilitate optimal outcomes.
• Document therapy sessions, progress reports, and other relevant information accurately and in a timely manner.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input regarding students' speech and language needs.
