Job summary

Parallel Learning is looking for virtual Speech-Language Pathologists licensed in Virginia for the 2026-2027 school year. The role involves providing student-centered, IEP-aligned virtual speech therapy sessions, conducting evaluations, and participating in IEP meetings.

The ideal candidates should have an ASHA CCC-SLP and a minimum of 1 year of school-based experience. This is a 1099 opportunity with compensation ranging from $52 to $54 per hour based on experience and location.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of full-time school-based experience conducting IEP-directed therapy.
• Demonstrated expertise in the IEP process and writing comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Availability during standard school hours (Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm).

Responsibilities

• Provide IEP-aligned virtual speech therapy sessions.
• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations.
• Develop detailed, goal-oriented progress reports.
