Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for a fully remote position delivering services to Virginia public schools via teletherapy. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapy sessions statewide using our teletherapy platform.

Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care, document progress, and maintain compliance with school and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as an SLP in Virginia.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification required.
• 2 years of school-based experience required.
• Teletherapy experience advantageous or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Conduct remote assessments and evaluations using teletherapy technology.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and administer therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with clients, families, educators, and professionals for coordinated care.
• Maintain documentation of therapy sessions, progress notes, and reports.
• Stay current with research and developments in speech-language pathology.
