Job summary

Parallel is seeking a Colorado-licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for a 24-hour-per-week remote assignment, supporting a K-12 school partner with direct therapy and SLPA supervision. The role starts December 2026 and includes collaboration with school teams to refine IEP goals and document progress.

Requirements include CCC-SLP, active CO SLP license (or eligibility), SLPA supervision experience, and the ability to work Tue–Fri between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm MT.

Qualifications

• CCC-SLP certification is required.
• Active Colorado SLP licensure or eligibility to obtain it before December 2026.
• Experience supervising SLPAs, or eligibility to supervise SLPAs under Colorado requirements.
• Minimum of 1 year of full-time school-based IEP-directed therapy (post-CFY).
• Solid knowledge of the IEP process, goal writing, and progress monitoring.
• Availability for 24 hours per week between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm MT, Tuesday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Provide student-centered, IEP-aligned virtual speech therapy to a caseload of 16 students aged 5–20.
• Supervise SLPAs serving 32 students per Colorado requirements, via direct observation and indirect supervision.
• Partner with school teams to monitor and refine IEP goals and participate in IEP meetings as needed.
• Systematically track session data and student progress to inform IEP consultations.
• Write clear, goal-oriented progress reports for each reporting cycle.
• Collaborate with the Parallel SLP team serving this partner.
