Parallel is seeking a Colorado-licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for a remote 24-hour-per-week assignment with a K-12 school partner, covering direct therapy and SLPA supervision beginning December 2026.

The role emphasizes collaboration with school teams, IEP goal monitoring, data tracking, and reporting. Telehealth delivery is central, with a flexible schedule to accommodate Tuesdays through Fridays.

Qualifications

• CCC-SLP is required for eligibility.
• 1-year school-based IEP-directed therapy experience preferred.
• Colorado license and SLPA endorsement (or eligibility) required before December 2026.
• Experience supervising SLPAs or eligibility to supervise SLPAs is needed.
• Availability for 24 hours per week, Tue–Fri, 8:00–15:00 MT is essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 16-student, IEP-aligned, virtual speech therapy.
• 2) Supervise 32 SLPA-supported students with direct observation and indirect oversight.
• 3) Attend IEP meetings and align goals with school teams.
• 4) Track session data and progress to inform IEP consultations.
• 5) Write progress reports for each cycle.
• 6) Collaborate with Parallel SLPs serving the partner.
