Job summary

HelloHero is seeking a Virtual School Psychologist to support K–12 across states in a remote, school-based role. You will collaborate with school teams and families to complete assessments and participate in IEP meetings.

You’ll conduct assessments, document in ECATS, and coordinate scheduling, with compensation and training provided. Roles are 1099 independent contractor with school-day hours aligned to student schedules.

Qualifications

• NC Psychology Board license, required.
• DPI licensure, preferred.
• Experience with IEPs and school-based collaboration (1 year minimum preferred).
• Experience with ECATS (1 year minimum experience preferred).
• Comfortable using technology for virtual service delivery and online platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments.
• Complete assessment writeups and documentation in ECATS.
• Participate in IEP meetings and team collaboration.
• Communicate with school staff, families, and stakeholders.
