Job summary

HelloHero is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist for Mansfield, Ohio. This in-person, school-based role supports K–12 students, with school-day hours and flexible 1099 or W2 employment options.

Deliver services aligned with IEPs, conduct assessments, document progress, participate in IEP meetings, and collaborate with families and school staff. A valid Ohio license is required; CCC-SLP preferred; background check and onboarding are provided.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio license; CCC-SLP preferred.
• Experience with IEPs and school-based collaboration (1 year minimum preferred).
• Active Ohio BCI background check required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech-language services aligned with IEPs.
• Conduct assessments and implement interventions.
• Develop goals and track student progress.
• Complete documentation and progress reports.
• Participate in IEP meetings and team collaboration.
• Communicate with school staff, families, and stakeholders.
