Job summary

HelloHero is seeking a remote Speech-Language Pathologist to support K-12 students nationwide. This role offers 10–20 hours per week, school-day aligned, with 1099 or W2 options. You will collaborate with school teams and families through our platform, with clear workflows and onboarding support.

Compensation is $60–$66 per hour, with paid documentation, IEP meetings, and progress reports. Wisconsin license required; CCC-SLP preferred; DOE licensure.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin license.
• CCC-SLP preferred.
• DOE licensure.
• Experience with IEPs and school-based collaboration (1 year minimum experience preferred).
• Comfortable using technology for virtual service delivery, including online platforms and documentation systems.
• Reliable internet connection and access to appropriate technology for virtual service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech-language services aligned with IEPs.
• Conduct assessments and implement interventions.
• Develop goals and track student progress.
• Complete documentation and progress reports.
• Participate in IEP meetings and team collaboration.
• Communicate with school staff, families, and stakeholders.
