Job summary

HelloHero is seeking a Virtual Occupational Therapist to serve K–12 students remotely. You will deliver OT services aligned with IEPs, assess progress, and coordinate with school teams and families using our platform.

The role offers school-day hours, flexible contractor options, and paid training to support onboarding and ongoing platform use. The position supports clinicians with structured onboarding, dedicated internal support, and a responsive service manager to help manage scheduling,

Qualifications

• Active Arkansas license required
• Experience with IEPs and school-based collaboration (1 year minimum) preferred
• Comfortable using technology for virtual service delivery
• Reliable internet connection and appropriate hardware

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services aligned with IEPs
• Conduct assessments and implement interventions
• Develop goals and track student progress
• Complete documentation and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and team collaboration
• Communicate with school staff, families, and stakeholders
