Job summary

LunchAssist, Inc. is seeking an Associate Track Consultant to grow into a high-impact school nutrition advisor.

You’ll work remotely with districts across California and nationwide, translating regulations into practical guidance and building client relationships. This paid, exempt role emphasizes both strategy and hands-on execution, training staff, drafting communications, and supporting SNP/CACFP reviews while advancing your consulting depth over 12–18 months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• RD certification and/or SNP Administrative Reviews experience with a state agency.
• 5+ years of experience in school nutrition.
• Strong menu planning and compliance experience.
• Strong communication skills (digital communications: Zoom & email).
• Demonstrated problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Organized, adaptable, collaborative, resourceful, and humble.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-impact consulting to school nutrition directors.
• Translate program regulations into actionable guidance for districts.
• Develop training materials and resources.
• Lead and participate in client meetings (Zoom) and deliver training.
• Support SNP and CACFP compliance reviews and procurement.
• Contribute to tools, resources, and webinars.
