Chef Ann Foundation is seeking mission-driven professionals to join our ongoing growth in the 2026-2027 phase. This is a remote, national role supporting school food reform by coordinating with school boards, staff, and communities from anywhere in the contiguous United States.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Culinary Training: Leading on-site workshops to teach school food staff professional knife skills, bulk cooking techniques, and recipe scaling.
• Operational Assessment: Analyzing school kitchen infrastructure, procurement habits, and financial data to create a roadmap for scratch-cooking success.
• Program Management: Overseeing the implementation of CAF initiatives like Get Schools Cooking or the Healthy School Food Pathway.
• Advocacy & Engagement: Building relationships with school boards, parents, and administrators to champion the importance of school food reform.
