Job summary

Stride, Inc. is seeking a School Counselor for a virtual role open to residents across the United States. The counselor will support academic, social-emotional, and career planning for students through a data-driven counseling program.

Qualified candidates hold a Bachelor's and preferably a Master’s in school counseling, with a School Counselor License preferred. Travel up to 20% may be required to support professional development and student needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and Master’s degree preferred in school counseling.
• License as School Counselor preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, web-based search engines, and databases.

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive services and oversee a comprehensive school counseling program.
• Support students in academic planning, social-emotional development, and career readiness.
• Meet with students on caseload regularly and review graduation plans.
• Collaborate with staff to align counseling with state policies and graduation requirements.
• Travel up to 20% for professional development and face-to-face activities.
