Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active state SLP license and ASHA CCC.
• 3+ years of speech-language pathology in school setting.
• Ability to work independently within school hours.
• Experience with IEP processes and mandated documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate students with suspected speech-language impairments.
• Provide case management for speech-language caseload.
• Develop progress reports and required documentation.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and SST/RTI teams.
• Supervise SLPAs or CFY as assigned.
• Maintain compliance with state and district regulations.
• Deliver engaging therapy aligned to IEP goals.
