Job summary

Stride, Inc. seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist Contractor to screen, assess, and treat students with communication disorders. This is a remote 1099 position serving students in accordance with IEPs.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field.
• Three years of speech/language work experience in a public‑school setting or equivalent.
• Must have state SLP certification and ASHA license.
• Ability to work independently with typical school hours (≥20 hours/week).
• MS365 Proficient; strong verbal and written communication; organized.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate students with suspected speech-language impairments.
• Provide case management of speech-only caseload.
• Ensure services align with IEP goals and state requirements.
• Communicate with parents/teachers to schedule regular attendance.
• Supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants as needed.
