Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Montana Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain before starting.
• Experience in a K-12/school-based setting is preferred.
• Teletherapy experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, document thoroughly, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Comfort with virtual therapy platforms and school-based documentation systems.
• Ability to manage a full-time school-based caseload remotely.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual physical therapy services to K-12 students.
• Complete evaluations, re-evaluations, and progress monitoring.
• Develop and implement IEP-based therapy goals and treatment plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary school teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school and state requirements.
• Support students with mobility, positioning, and functional access needs.
